Arrow Keys and ~ key not working for Adobe Illustrator v24.1.2

Sorry about the delay. I am hopeful that the issue was fixed. If not, could you please confirm which operating system and Graphic tablet you are working on?

We have recently released an update for Illustrator 2020 (v 24.2.1) which contains some stability fixes. If you are not already on v24. 2.1, then we recommend you to update to latest version and let us know how it goes.

If that doesn't help either, try removing the graphic tablet and let us know if Arrow keys work after that.

Sorry to hear about your experience. This is not the typical behavior of the app.
Would you mind sharing version of OS?
Also, please try resetting the Illustrator preferences once and see if it helps. Please try following instructions given on help article https://helpx.adobe.com/in/illustrator/using/setting-preferences.html#setting_illustrator_preferences

**Please note that resetting preferences will remove all the custom settings and Illustrator will launch with default settings. You can also take a backup of the folders in case you want to. Location is mentioned in the article.
