Arrowhead double stroke appearance bug

I know beautiful strokes is now a more than a decade far away (CS5), but I'm a heavy user of appearance panel, and sometimes I get annoying reproducible visual bugs (at this stage this is no feature request).


On the left, my bottom white stroke has a 4pt width, when the top black stroke has a 2pt width.

The arrowhead being a fill, it is of course not treated alike, so I thought "Oh, may be, making a 50% arrowhead might be a solution ?".
Well, not so much.

And YES, putting the arrowhead's point at the end of the stroke doesn't fix it, it's even worse :

I even did a measurement of the weird values I had :
