Arrows in the corners?

When I select the square, arrows appear around it. How can I destroy these arrows? There are no small boxes in the corners to select.

Sorry for the delayed response. Would you mind trying to turn off the Enable Rich UI option under Illustrator General Preferences to see if it helps?

    Which system is it? And which version?

    Do you have any third party plugins installed?

    Are you using a special input device?

    I have the same setup. But I might not have the same system as you have.

    So maybe try and reboot the computer. If that does not help, reset the preferences?
