Artboard refresh issue

Question

Hi,

I've been having this issue recently with Illustrator 28 where zooming and moving the artboard around is breaking and distorting the images and fonts across all files. Images are blurring and text is missing, pink lines are appearing. I'm using a 2019 Intel Mac Book Pro with Radeon Pro 5300 (3+gb) and have wiped and reinstalled with both Sonoma and Ventura OS from scratch. I've tried safe mode, reducing the screen resolution, clearing prefs but to no avail. Apple Hardware diagnostics reports no errors.
