Artboards disappearing.

Hi,

I'm having trouble with my artboards in illustrator. They were all fine until I started doing some work very zoomed in now I can only see then when I click the artboards tool. If I click the selection tool they disappear. There is also no option to view artboards under the view menu. Please help. I have added screenshots.

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about this. I would request if you can share a few more details like:

  • Operating System(Exact version of Windows/MAC)
  • Exact version of Illustrator
  • I would be very helpful if you can share a small video of the issue.
  • Also, please try resetting preferences for Illustrator and see if that helps: How to set preferences in Illustrator

Please note: Resetting preferences will remove all the custom settings and Illustrator will launch with default settings. You can also take a backup of the folder in case you want to. Location is mentioned in the article.
