Artwork showing margin

 Hi I'm a newbie.

i designed my artwork on illustrator but when i print it out, there is a margin on the side

 

Is There some setting I can change so it prints all the way to the end? Picture attached so it makes more sense

Joyce,

 

Is it an option to print on a larger paper size and then cut to fit, or just cut to a smaller paper size?

 

It can be done very accurately with simple means, such as a (roller/rotary or normal blade) paper cutter, preferably clamping the paper which can (also) be done securely with handheld kinds using a straight edge held by one hand clamps.

Does your printer support printing to the endges of the paper? Probably not.
