Artworking an illustrator blend for print

Hi there,

I need to artwork a logo for print which I have used an .ai blend. Where I have replaced the spine with the blend and the design 'turns a corner' however, the blend becomes inconsistent. Does anyone have an idea of what I could do to solve this? I'll attach a screen grap of the close up.

Woudl need to see a copy of your blend expanded in outline view, or a copy of the file, to help you salavage the exisitng.

Try applying a gradient across a stroke.
