Asking Customer Support - Purchase Issue

Hi, I'm Mimi. I'm so stressed about the billing system of Adobe. I'm a graphic designer and about to start a career in this area. I was processing to subscribe to a creative cloud monthly package. And when I choose the region Bangladesh why is adobe telling me to purchase from a regional reseller? First of all, when I have a credit card why and why do I have to buy it from a reseller? I know we are a third-world country, but I know there will be some issues. But still why is it so hard to purchase an app. why? If you guys are resistant to it then why do you guys introduce us to Adobe? why? I can't even upload or make a portfolio in Behance because I'm from Bangladesh! This is the worst experience of my life. And I must admit you have the worst management system in the world.
