Asking for another subscription

I haven't logged into my Adobe Illustrator in a while and when I do I can't even get acees to the design center.  When Iog in, it says "Fetching your subscription details" then takes me to a screen that says I need to subscribe for a monthly fee.  I couldn't get around it so I just subscribed with the intent to challenge it later, but now I still can't get pass the prompt.  It happens every time I close the app and log in again.  Anyone experience this?
