Aspect ratio for AI generated text to vector images

Is there a way to change the aspect ratio from square to wide with the text to vector function in Adobe Illustrator?

Separately, is there a way to iterate on an idea? Giving an initial prompt, and then asking it to change some details about what it's created.

You can draw a rectangle in the proportions you want, have it selected and then generate the image.

The dimensions might still not match exactly.
