Auto fit text to a static text box illustrator script

Is available any sript to make text dinamic and  fit in a text box?

If the text is overset i need that the script make it smaller and if the text is smaller than the box i need the text bigger, always keeping the proportions of tipography. 

I found and old script in internet "deal with overset text" but is not working. it returns an error message : Error 8753, line 67, textbox.textRange.charactersAttributes.size -= inc;

I don´t know anything about coding 😞
