Auto saving Illustrator CC files as CS6

Hello,

Our team consists of three designers, two of us are working on CS6 and our other colleague is working on CC

but she is getting really annoyed with having to save all her CC files as CS6 for us.

Is there a way that her files automatically save as CS6 when she saves with ctrl+s?

The best solution would be if she installed CS6 on her machine and use that to share files with her colleagues.
