Automatically zoom bug in adobe illustrator - randomly rapid zooms in driving me insane!

Hello everyone,I'm experiencing a frustrating issue with Adobe Illustrator and am hoping someone can help. I'm using the newest version of Illustrator, version 28.6, on my MacBook Pro with the following specs:MacBook Pro: Apple M1 Pro, 32 GB RAMmacOS: Monterey Version 12.5.1Issue:While working in Illustrator, the program rapidly and randomly zooms in or out without any input from me. This happens at various points during my design process, making it difficult to work efficiently.

I had the same issue with version 28.5 on Macbook Pro M2 Max

I rearranged the artboards and it seems it disappeared 80%

I turned the Animated zoom off in the preferences settings for few seconds and turned back on that worked for me
