Automation of Graphics from a Variable Input from CSV file (Illustrator)

Hello,

I am new to variable import and finding great success with get text data to populate my files. However, I was curious if there is a way that if a field equals a certian value in the CSV file to import a graphic from either a file path or from my adobe library. 

For example if column A equals a value of 380 it would load a standard jpg into my illustrator file instead of me having to put the file path name in?
