Hola! ¿Alguien podría ayudarme a resolver este problema? Actualicé mi licencia porque anteriormente me aparecía este mensaje y ahora que instalé los programas de nuevo sigo sin poder abrirlos por este mismo mensaje. Cambié mi correo electrónico, desinstalé todo desde mi computadora y ya no sé de qué otra forma puedo hacer para que funcione 😞

Hi! Sure. I need help because I can't install and use the programs of Adobe, once I open the apps this message appears: "TI administrator may have applied access restrictions on this device. Please try again with another adobe account or contact your IT administrator” I deleted my old account and created a new one, and I still get the same message. I uninstalled all programs as well 😞

Is there an IT administrator in your company? Is that a Team account or a personal one?
