barcode for Illustrator 2025

A few options that work in current Illustrator (2025/2026):

- Free: the EAN-13 Barcode Generator extension on Adobe Exchange (EAN-13 only), or an online generator such as bwip-js / Terry Burton's barcode generator (export SVG/EPS and place it).
- Avoid barcode fonts for print. They don't let you apply bar width reduction and the human-readable digits are easy to get wrong.
