Barra de opciones horizontal superior en Illustrator cc 2019

Viendo varios tutoriales en YouTube vi que en Illustrator tienen una barra de opciones en la parte superior de la pantalla de forma horizontal con las opciones de alineado, trazo, opacidad, etc.

Quisiera saber como hacer para visualizar esa barra de opciones para aumentar mi workflow.

    The Control Bar, which you have outlined, is context-dependent. In other words, it will show different options depending on what sort of object(s) you have selected or what tool is active; for example, if you select two paths, the Control Bar will show options for alignment, fill and stroke, and some others. If a text box is selected, you will find options for character attributes, paragraphing, etc.
