What exactly do you want to move lower?  While you cannot move the text to graphic module lower in the properties panel, you can click on the 3 dots to open it in it's own panel.

I understand that, what I mean is that this panel should be individual, that is, outside the properties panel

I see your point, @eddy arismendyp30894085. Your suggestion to make the Text to Vector Graphic (Beta) panel a standalone feature rather than integrating it within the Properties panel is indeed valid.
