Batch conversion to pdf getting error message "To preserve appearance, some text has been outlined."

Created an Illustrator automation to convert AI into small size pdfs. I need to batch over 100 files. I've being doing this for years without a glitch. However, now I'm getting this appearance error message that I can't get away from. It will not batch anything at all. It creates a blank document. I did an automation with every pdf output available and I even created one with fonts outlined and still will not work. Have anyone had this problem before and how did you fixed it?
