Batch Convert .ai to .pdf

My friend has about 100,000 .ai and .eps files that need to be converted to .pdf. Does anyone out here know how to batch convert all of those ai and eps files to pdf files?

No, I dont have Acrobat. And I'm using Illustrator CS5 if that helps.

The more information? Such as… Are the files in the one location on the system? What system is it? Are there any other types of files mixed into this? Were all the files created by Illustrator? Do you have a PDF preset that you want to use… and so on…

If you have Acrobat Pro, you could use it to convert all those files to a single PDF, then export them from Acrobat as individual PDFs.
