Batch export vectors from different files to .dwg

Hello, I am trying for multiple files to batch export from a vector to .dwg

I have recorded my actions and when I run them for a single file everything works perfectly and a dwg file is created with the vector inside it. However when I batch the files with this action, multiple files are created (png, ai and dwg) with the dwg file to be flattened and not vector anymore. Does anyone know what might be wrong or how to batch export files to .dwg? thank you in advance!
