Batching Multiple Ai to PDF - Shifting Artwork

Has anyone had an issue where when batching mutiple Ai to PDF using the actions panel, causes a shift in the artwork, so it is either no longer on the right place on the artboard or changed scale?

I do not have an example file for this just looking for confimation that it is something that can happen.
