Besoin d'aide mise en forme typo

Bonjour, 

J'aimerais savoir si il y a une méthode sur illustrator pour obtenir ce type d'image (trame qui fait apparaitre la typo en négatif).

Make a scatter brush

Apply the brush to the outlines of your type, with the fil set to white

Then draw a rectangle in the background layer, and use the symbol sprayer. Then obviously remove the black fill, I only used that to help me temporarily confirm my layer & compound path setup
