Most Adobe Authorized Training Centers include an online option as part of a live class. If you are looking for "easy", then look for Instructor-led training.

Check with your local library to see if they include a Lynda subscription with your membership. I have found that libraries in several states (and multiple cities) have invested heavily in online resources that you can access for free. I am constantly on Lynda through my library card to read and learn Adobe skills.

Easy & Fast way in addition to online, I would purchase Adobe Classroom In A Book (can be found on amazon, ebay and most bookstores) and go through the exercises there.
