Best Price and Updatable Laptop for AI, PS, AE / 2020

Question

Hello from Turkey! I indent to buy a laptop, via which I will use Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects (2020 CC). As the exchange rates of Dolar and Euro are high in my country, i need a laptop with a best performance and reasonable in price. Ican increase Ram and SSD capacities after 1 or 2 years...

- It should be Cost-Effective / Best Budget

- GPU - recommended display card (best possible price and mediocre)

Which display cards do you use? (Is there any list available to my reference?)

Is there any blacklist (bad choice) for GPU via using AfterEffects?

- Minimum CPU (Processor) - Intel and AMD options

RAM may be 8gb or 16gb (Laptops with 32gb-64gb are beyond my budget)

- 250GB SSD M.2 will be enough for now.

It should have IPS and matt screen which is to display the colours in full and properly
