Best Stylus pen for Windows

Hi. I've searched through the forums (& youtube and google searches) and am surprised that I cant find my answer, so I will try here.

I have an Acer 2in1 laptop, touch screen and want an active stylus.  Been researching and I just cant find one. I predominately want it for illustrator.

What do you non mac users use & can you accurately draw with it? Does it have sensitivity when I rest my hand of the screen when drawing?
