Best way to export layers as assets in Assets Export

When using Assets Export, I have to keep my drawings grouped so when I drag it into the panel, it won't be split in multiply assets. I need to group the objects to indicate to the panel how do I wish the assets to be created.

But some drawing are more complex and I like to work with layers. I have, for instance, a drawing of a pretty woman in a lot of pieces (shoulder, arm, hand, etc.) that I intent to animate in Spriter using bones. I will have to generate a PNG file for each piece of my woman. One way to go is to group each layer, since the Assets Export don't care for layers, just pick the object. I have to keep one layer visible each time to group it, besides, this will create a difficult in making adjustments later, and there is always that layer I forgot to group... It's a tricky job.

So that's why I asking for the bets way, if there is, to do this task. Is there some script, actions, plug in, or whatever, to make it easy? Is there some setting that can make the panel consider layers instead of objects?

draw an Artboard around your pretty woman, switch to artboards instead of assets in the Export For Screens Dialog and export just that arboard

This will export one single file of whole woman, and I need she in pieces to animate.
