Beta very jittery

I]m running the beta, and it runs so jittery, that it]s unusable. Even mouse movement is stop-and-go, stop-and-go, stop-and-go, stop-and-go.... etc... EVEN during the loading splash screen. As soon as I Alt-Tab out of the program, everything is fine.

Specs:
Windows 11
AMD Ryzen 7 5700X

32GB RAM

AMD Radeon RX 7700 XT

Please share your feedback about this performance issue either within the Illustrator Beta app (by clicking the Provide Feedback button in the upper toolbar) or by visiting the Illustrator Beta forums at https://illustrator.uservoice.com/.

A decent number of participants in this forum are using the Beta version of Illustrator, but it's better to discuss bugs and other issues in the uservoice forum since they will get more direct attention from the developer team.

Anyway, installed the non-beta is behaving in a similar way, though not as aggressively.

If the same problem is occurring in the general release of Illustrator did this problem just start happening today or has it been happening for some time? Are the drivers of your graphics card and any other connected periphreals up to date? I've seen instances where a new update for a Wacom tablet driver created all sorts of new problems instead of fixing old ones. Sometimes faulty connections or a keyboard that is going bad can cause these kinds of problems. Failing batteries in cordless periphreals can do the same thing.
