Beyond furious illustrator running so unworkably slow!

As I am not a student neither a professional, it is very expensive to run the Adobe suite. Yet here I am just trying to use it but feeling at a huge loss because even the simplest of tasks are either running unbelievably slow, freezing or just not applying at all!

A month ago I bought a new mini mac with 16 GB memory on the latest system software Ventura 13.2.1

and I have literally nothing else running. Now I have to waste precious time in here complaining about my purchase because I am not get what I paid for! I cannot complete my project because it is doing all of the horrible things above and no amount of frigging around is helping.

I use to love Adobe but now I feel pure frustration and even hatred and anger towards this company. This year I will NOT continue my subscription.

Also, try running Illustrator under a different administrator account (https://support.apple.com/guide/mac-help/add-a-user-or-group-mchl3e281fc9/mac) and share your observations. We appreciate your time and effort in helping us resolve this issue.
