Bitmaps pixelated on multiple artboards pdf

Question

Before this 100x canvas size update, I was able to create a 100 o 150 slides/artboards (1920x1080 each) on illustrator then save as a 100-150/pages pdf with full resolution or ai files with "create pdf compatible file" witch then i place them on indesign for example.
Now, no matter the resolution of the bitmaps im using, I get all bitmaps inside artboards pixelated. Even if I export 1.7 PDF or just saving de ai file. How can I export now? this cripple my workflow terrible.

Yes, large canvas documents will always give anti-aliased artwork.

No pixel perfect size and positioning will avoid this (unless you are very lucky), probably due to some scaling trick to get the large canvas.
