Black and white bars covering the screen?

Every file I open in Illustrator now looks like this. I had just installed a driver for a Wacom drawing tablet about a half hour earlier and this greeted me. I've uninstalled all Adobe products and re-installed them and no change (Did not re-install Wacom driver just in case). My graphics card is up and working a-okay so I'm at a loss. Please help!
