Black and White Squares Pop up in Adobe Illustrator and when I try to open a new page or any file. This problem isn't occuring in any of my other Adobe products.

    If you go into Preferences > Performance, does Illustrator recognize your graphic card?

    I don't see the graphic card listed anywhere under performance. Thanks for your response.

    Maybe you need to turn off the GPU preview. Or the GPU acceleration altogether

    And can you check whether there's an update to your graphic card driver available? Is that a Gaming or a Studio driver? Illustrator prefers Studio drivers.
