Black Library and Color Themes windows / AI CC2019 Windows 10

Question

I'm having this problem with the Library and the Color Themes windows. They appear in black, without giving me in any moment the option to see anything. The same with the "new file" window, for this I checked the "legacy new file" in general preferences and kind of solved it.

Anybody who have the solution for this?

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about your experience. I'd recommend resetting preferences of Illustrator. Please follow instructions on help article

https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/using/setting-preferences.html#setting_illustrator_preferences to do that.

**Please note that resetting preferences will remove all the custom settings and Illustrator will launch with default settings. You can also take a backup of the folders in case you want to. Location is mentioned in the article.
