I have been using adobe for years and never has this happend to me. I do reports evey week and this week when I open the reports I now get these black verticle lines on each page. Seems like a water mark of some kind possibley security but thats all I can think of. When I open this file in Adobe Reader I can see it just fine no lines full report.. its only illistrator. Any ideas... I could really use help as I do this weekly and this stops me in my tracks.

You have selected an image, what kind of image?

Check the Links panel. Is it a bitmap image?

Does it go away when you check CPU preview (Cmd or Ctrl E)?

Ton Frederiks you are amazing. The CTRL E worked.

Still not sure what those lines were or how they got there but it removes them so i can work on the document.

There is currently a problem with 1 bit black and white images.

CPU preview shows them correctly.

It will probably solved in an update. The current beta version does not have that problem, but you only know for sure when it ships..
