Black welcome screen from version 27.8.1

Hi,

I cannot work with Illustrator since everytime I open it up, I am stuck before welcome screen with this fully blank, black screen:

I've tried ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING Adobe recommended me (rename UXP file/folder, Clean up and reinstall, etc, etc, etc!) and nothing ever worked.

So I decided to make a little bit of research of my own.

I tried to reinstall version by version since version 27.0, and this is what I found:

v27.0 ✅ 

v27.1 ✅ 

v27.2 ✅ 

...

until

v27.8.1 ❌

So version 27.8.1 is the FIRST version where this error occurs.

My setup:

MacBook Pro (2017) with MacOS 13.5.1 and 8 GB of RAM.

Is anybody out there experiencing the same, or has any clue about how to fix that? I really need to work with latest version!!
