Blank New File window in Illustrator

Bom dia,

não consigo abrir um novo arquivo no Illustrator, quando clico no botão "Novo arquivo" ele abre a janela onde deveriam estar as configurações do novo arquivo mas para mim abre uma janela vazia. Já desinstalei e instalei o Illustrator, usei o CCleaner e verifiquei se precisava de atualização. Como prosseguir?

    That does seem troubling. I hope Monika’s suggestions helped resolve the problem. If not, kindly try the following steps and let us know if it helps:
    - Close all Adobe applications.
    - Rename the UXP folder to UXP.old from the following location:
    (Windows) Navigate to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\UXP
    (macOS) Navigate to Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe/UXP 
    - Relaunch Illustrator

    What happens when you disconnect from the internet? Does it work then?

    You can also turn on the “Legacy interface for new file” in Preferences > General. Does that work?
