I opted for a team package with several licenses, and created a new project where I moved all my Illustrator. My aim was to give my whole team access to it. The problem is that now I've got holes in my work plans, and some images have disappeared from my board. Why and how can I fix this, please?
Thanks for sharing the details. To help us get a better sense of what's going wrong, could you let us know which version of Illustrator you're using and the operating system details? Also, where is the file currently stored – is it saved locally on your computer, on a network drive, or in the cloud?
It would be helpful if you could describe what kind of objects are missing – are they images, vectors, text, or something else? If any images were linked instead of embedded, you could try relinking them to see if they reappear.
As a next step, please try packaging the file into a local folder on your system using File > Package, and then reopen it from there to see if the missing elements load correctly. If you're comfortable, you can also share the packaged file with us for testing. If it contains sensitive content, feel free to send it via DM here on the community.
