hi there

have a problem with home screen

and can't find a sloution to this problem

i have already tried all sloutions , update the app , restart my mac book , try old version of app

and still have this isuue !!

hello .

i already take all sloutions and still have this issue

i searched about CEP folder and UXP BUT couldnt find it !

i also used Cleaner tool and unfortunately no result

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind trying the following steps to remove the UXP/CEP folder and checking if they help:

- Close all Adobe applications.

- Rename the UXP and CEP folders to UXP.old / CEP.old from the following location:

(macOS) Navigate to Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe/

- Relaunch Illustrator
