Hi ..wanna ask is it possible to make totally blur images into clear and nice images.Sorry to ask I really wanted to know what does the boys results shown since like I normal zoom wouldn't solve my problems and I also have try many ways to discover his results but fail.Hope you guys can help me.Maybe you can reply this with the image thathave you guys improve.Thank you

That image isn't blurry; it's pixel-deficient. In any case, Illustrator is not the correct application for image editing. You want Photoshop for that.

It's always easier to give up resolution than it is to get it back.

You would not be able to do anything in Illustrator. Photoshop is the application you would need. Though the blur in this image looks like it has to do with the actual image resolution from the camera, which seems to be quite low. There is really no way to totally fix that.
