Bolding Text

Question

I do a lot of text work in AI and it's very simple and straight forward. Mostly its large lists of team rosters sectioned off by teams. We are currently selecting each team's name and bolding that text to help it stand out in the list a little more. The problem is, sometimes our lists are hundreds of teams and having to select each team individually is mind numbing. Is there a quicker way to highlight and bold each team's name at once?

Gary, In addition to what Doug said, "sectioned off by teams" seems to imply that you are putting down the team name and then the menbers, or something similar, which would seem to call for bolding the team names from the start. I believe there may be a better way to do it henceforth, and a cleanup of the current issue.
