Botón compartir no funciona

tengo mis programas de Adobe licenciados, pero lastimosamente no me funcionan al 100% quiero compartir archivos para revisión pero no me lo permite, quiero buscar fuentes de adobe font y tampoco me lo permite, es como si mi Illustrator no estuviese conectado a internet, hay alguna solución para esto? necesito ayuda urgente para sacar el máximo beneficio a los programas 😞

We are sorry to hear about this experience. We'd need a couple of other information to be able to help you with this scenario:

  1. AISniffer file - You will find it within the Illustrator Preferences folder. The location of that folder is in the User library. Users/username/Library/Preferences/Adobe Illustrator #(version Number)Settings > AISniffer

  2. Your system information file - You can generate it from the Apple icon > About This Mac > System Report > Save it.
