Bought but cant use it

Hello i just bought illustrator from the website and it automatically installed creative cloud but i cant install illustrator. i only can buy it again and im already coonected with my account where i bought it. update isnt working i get the error code 191 and everything i try to do fails because of no connection or connection lost. pls help
