Bounding box is misaligned. Causing a lot of issues.

The bounding box is off-center, and it's causing a lot of issues with the pathfinder because of it. I went into outline mode, made new documents, expanded multiple times, and it still seems to be an issue. What would be causing this? I've attached a photo of the problem.

It could be a graphics card preview issue.

Can you check if switching between GPU and CPU improves the preview? Use Cmd or Ctrl E to switch.

Tried that and it helped a bit but every time i still use the Pathfinder it shifts everything. ive attached another example of before intersect and after. It shifts the item for some reason

You could try if increasing the Pathfinder Options Precision to 0,001 makes it better.
