How do I get the options for these brushes?

Double clicking doesn't work.

Got it.

It needs to be clicked on the toolbar on top.

Just to explain that: In your screenshot is the library. You first need to add them from the library to the brushes panel (which is shown in the control panel). Then you can inspect them.
