Bug Adobe Illustrator 2023

Bonjour, 
Depuis quelques jours je rencontre un problème avec illustrator. L'application se fige et plus rien ne répond. Cependant, je peux encore le fermer manuellement. Une fois l'application fermée, l'ensemble de l'écran de mon PC se met à bouger (cf. vidéo et photo). 
J'ai déja essayé les solutions proposées par Adobe : mise à jour illustrator, réinitialiser les préférences d'Illustrator, désinstaller puis réinstaller illustrator, mise à jour de la carte graphique ect...


Quelqu'un aurait-il une solution ? Le problème vient-il d'Illustrator ou de mon PC ?

Hi Anubhav, sorry to reply so late. Since the Illustrator 27.2, it seem to be fine. But If this happens again, i will sub the report for sure.

Bonjour

je pense que ton ordi n'est pas assez puissant, carte videos ou ram.

il faut comparer ta configuration  avec celle qui est requise pour s'en assurer.

par contre je me permets de demander ou je peux trouver le manuel utilisateur au format PDF.

Hi Anubhav, sorry to reply so late. Since the Illustrator 27.2, it seem to be fine. But If this happens again, i will sub the report for sure.

What are the exact specifications? Indeed this looks like the graphics hardware simply is not up to par. also have you tried installing AI 2022?

Ai version : 27.1.1
My PC : 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-11400H @ 2.70GHz 2.69 GHz with 16 Go RAM and NVIDIA Geforce RTX 3050 Ti Laptop GPU version 3.26.0.160

Also, I will try Ai 2022 to see if i have the same issues 🙂
