Bug on Scaling Anything

I'm having trouble scaling anything. The illustrator leaves the unit of measure to a gigantic size. For example: 500px it shows as 500.00px (Every time I change the size in TRANSFORM, it changes to a completely huge number. In all the illustrator does this: when I go to stylize with shadow, draw a square, paste an image and I want resize it. What can I do?

I mean that... the illustrator jumps to 1200+ and the circle, square, image, whatever, gets a HUGE size that i must to all the time, keep resizing down.

I have Adobe CC 2015
