Hi everyone! I have a problem. I have a free trial, i downloaded the pack to install Adobe Ill . and when i introduce my email, it shows up a prohibited icon . i barely put my email there with the tab tast. But i can`t click continue. Why?

You downloaded the installer from Adobe?

Can you perhaps show a screenshot of where the forbidden pops up? Please edit the screenshot, so your email is not legible in it.
