@AUGUSTO_ALCANTARA8484 If you crashing so many times, it's likely whatever that was moved or placed suddenly it is likely corrupted artwork, image, vector or even a font.
Before you give up, do a search on your computer to see if you have the files in either your auto recovery (or data recovery/temp folder) on your computer. On a PC, you are looking for an .aid / .temp file; and on a MAC, it likely be .ait / .temp file.
Also are you not saving your files at all? I normally do a version control (trust me, you should always have a good process just in case); version 1, version 2, etc; I would have several versions because anything can happen. I was working on an annual report (impact report) and I didn't realize this but, I had knock off my power to my laptop, luckily I had version control, and did a save before 2 minutes later my computer went black. I was 'wtf!?!' and realized the power was out. Thankfully, I was at version 11... if I didn't have that, I be cursing like you!
Always save your files. Also double-check your Illustrator preferences under File Handling - Automatically Save Recover Data Every - set a time. If it's a complex file, set it to 1 minute or 5 minutes (heck you can even do 30 seconds) — mine is set to an hour!
