BUG - Pixel count is not accurate on any Adobe products

Hi everyone,

I'm working on a zBook HP that's about 100dpi screen density, Widows 7. No, it's not my choice I'm working on this computer. On every Adobe product, the pixel count isn't correct in term of pixel size on the design to pixel size in browser. In other words, in my AI design files, a box for the design at 100% will say the height is 100px. But in browser (CSS), if I set the class to 100px, it's about 1.3x's too large. Same with fonts. It's the same in Photoshop as well.

It's only Adobe products too. I fired open Axure and set a box to 100px height at 100% zoom. It looks exactly the same when a set the box in browser using CSS.

This is REALLY messing up my work flow and annoying.

Yes, my browser is at 100%. Yes, my units are set to pixels in all my Adobe setting (Illustrator and Photoshop).

I think this is a new bug where some sort of Adobe master setting isn't reading my screen density properly.

    BTW, I un-installed Illustrator / re-installed. Same issue.
