BUG: Share for review comments not aligned in Illustrator - very annoying bug.

I recently got very annoying bug in illustrator and no, it does not seem to be connected to service unavailability last week.
All the review comments are misaligned in illustrator. That beats the purpose of share for review functionality. Its very hard to track where the mistakes actually are. I checked different illustrator versions: 2024, 2025, 2026. Still the same. Can anyone suggest what to do?

This seems to be file-specific bug. Once i copy the artboard to another document - the comments align fine. Very annoying still, its not supposed to be happening.
